
15 minute home workout with Jump Rope and Exercise Ball

Lose weight at home with this 15 minute jump rope workout using an exercise ball with bands. Alternating between one minute of jumping rope to burn fat and 1 minute of ball exercises to tone your entire body. This is a full body workout at home in just 15 minutes. This workout is perfect for all levels as you can go at your own pace and intensity.
For best results, do this workout consistently 3x per week. Skip any of these exercises that do not feel safe for you and instead focus on the ones that you feel are benefitting you the most.
