Return Policy – U.S. Orders Only

Each rope is made with care and customized to meet your specific needs. Our team hand-assembles, packages, and ships your order from San Diego, California.

Because we are a small home-based business and due to the high cost of shipping, we do not offer returns.

If you receive a defective product or if any part of your order is missing, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@thejumpropemom.com to request an exchange.

If you need to exchange your rope due to incorrect sizing, a $20 restocking fee will apply, in addition to shipping costs.

Due to customs and shipping limitations, we are unable to process returns for international orders once the package has been delivered.
