Return & Exchange Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and love your Gratitude Ropes™ set. Every rope is hand‑assembled and packaged with care in San Diego, California.


If Something Isn’t Right

If your order arrives with a missing or defective item, contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@thejumpropemom.com. We’ll quickly send a replacement or arrange a return — whichever feels easiest for you.

All items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for exchange or refund.


If You Change Your Mind

We understand that plans change. If you decide not to keep your set, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it’s unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, but we’ll issue a full refund once the set is received and inspected.


Used Items

Because of hygiene and product integrity, we’re unable to accept returns on ropes that have been used.
