Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and typically ship the next business day from San Diego, California. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times for U.S. orders:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
• USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Gratitude Ropes™.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries. Available shipping destinations can be viewed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, or import charges required by their country.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Gratitude Ropes™ is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and email us at Karly@gratituderopes.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please keep all original packaging and damaged items when filing a shipping claim.
