Return & Exchange Policy (U.S. Orders Only)
At Gratitude Ropes™, we want you to feel confident in your purchase and love your rope set. Every order is hand-assembled and packaged with care in San Diego, California.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition.
If you decide your set is not the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Defective or Missing Items
If your order arrives with a missing, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at Karly@gratituderopes.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Used Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on used ropes or opened products that show signs of use.
