Get ready to BURN fat and BUILD muscle with this fun but challenging 25min workout using mini bands AKA resistance bands and a jump rope. (jump rope optional) 

Circuit 1 - Arms
1min Jump Rope or open close with band
2min 30sec of 3 arm exercises
45 sec REST

Circuit 2 - Legs and Booty
1min jump rope or open close with band
2min 30sec of legs and booty exercises
45 sec REST

Circuit 3 - Abs
1min jump rope or open close with band
2min 30sec ab exercises 
45 sec REST

Repeat 2x
