Beginner Jump Rope Full Body Workout 15 minutes- Calorie BURN

BEST beginner Jump Rope Workout! All you need is 15 minutes to get worked! We'll be alternating between 1 min jumping rope and 1 min body weight exerices.

 It's fun and fast check out the deets below:

Circuit 1-1min each;
- Jump rope alternating foot
-Squats
-Jump rope side straddle
-Plank shoulder taps

REST

Circuit 2- 1 min each;
-Jump rope left foot/right foot 30 sec each
- Alt. Side Lunge
-Jump rope side swings
-Plank jacks

REST

Circuit 3- 1 min each;
-Jump rope skier/ twist
-Reverse lunge with rotation
-Jump rope high knees/ heel to heel
-Bicycles
