Each circuit will look like this;
*90 seconds jump rope
*1 min weighted exercise
*90 seconds jump rope
*1 min weighted exercise
1 min REST repeat 5x
For more intensity add a weighted jump rope and heavier weights. For beginner to intermediate you can use a regular jump rope and light to no weights at all. :-)
