How to get abs in 10 minutes with jump rope hiit workout. Fun and easy beginner ab and cardio workout! Gets you sweating and shredding in no time!
If you don't have a jump rope, no problem. You can shadow jump and get the same benefits. This includes a 1 min warmup.
Jump Rope Workout Circuit~
1 min Planks followed by 1 min Cardio jumping rope:
1 min warm up- Shadow Jumping
1 min basic jump
1 min plank spider man
1 min basic jump
1 min plank leg raise
1 min basic jump
1 min plank shoulder taps
1 min basic jump
1 min plank Step outs
1 min basic jump
1 min mountain climbers
