Hello Arms and Booty! Come and get it with this 30 minute Jump Rope HIIT workout!

This workout alternates with 1 min jumping rope to burn fat and 1 min weight exercises  with dumbbells to build that booty and tone your arms. 

*6 circuits
*4 minutes each
*1 min rest in-between
