Jump Rope HIIT 30 Minute Full Body Workout Targeting Arms + Back

Burn fat and sculpt your body with this 30min jump rope HIIT workout targeting your arms and back! You'll want  a light to medium set of dumbbells ( something you can do between 20-25 reps with) and your jump rope.

We'll be doing 3 circuits, 4 min each, 2x through. With a 1 minute REST in between circuits.

Here's the format;

1min Jump Rope
1min Weight exercise
1min Jump Rope
1min Weight exercise

REST 1 min
