Workout for Kids Jumping Rope 10 minutes

10 min workout for kids jumping rope. This is a FUN full body jump rope workout with age appropriate exercises. I’ll go over modifications to make it fun for all ages. Come jump along me and my two boys as we switch up the exercises every 30 seconds. We’ll be alternating between beginner jump rope skills and body weight exercises. If you don’t have a jump rope you can still jump along with us. Learn new skills and have fun jumping!
